I have to go and see my shrink tomorrow and just having to walk around the snow is making me anxious. My legs are so shaky and yes I know I said this before pins and needles. I am also angry too.He will know about this that is for sure. the problem is I really dont want to go. HOwever I will because I need my meds that is the only reason I go to him in the first place. Just pray there is no ice around because me using a walker it is hard to walk in ice which I hope isnt there. We had a storm today and they closed down everything yes evne the meals on wheels which means I cannot see my best friend. I am so anxious I keep praying but I feel like I am not getting anywhere.I need some comfort in knowing that I will not get hurt and am not alone.I cannot risk another bad fall.My son is taking me I know he will help me.The sidewalks are pretty clear now but they are saying ice .Wouldnt you know it the day I have to go out it would be cold out.I am freaking out here so nervous and anxious,it is hard for me to sit still.thanks for listening

I made it to my doctors but I think that might have been the problem I do feel somewhat better.Although my bp was high but it is always high when I have to see the doctors.I was shaking to.I told him about the pins and needles ,he said it could be anxieties .oh great I hope it isnt something that I have to worry about.going to have my cheeseburger and a large fries.At least that is something I can look forward to whenever I see my shrink.

Me to but before he called me in I was all wound up/How about a bacon burger.I just found out that the guy who does my laundry and trash is moving it is about 40 minutes away so I will have to find someone to do it although he never said a thing ,My son told me this I cant asks my kids to do anything grant it he did take me to my doctors.He told me about this,He and my daughter wont do a thing to help me out,He did take me to my doctors other then that they dont want to help me.He promised me when I left my house he would help out,Well I better find someone I kn ow Companion and homemakers can help. This is so upsetting .Now I have to have stupid anxieties about that now

I am just feeling angry maybe this sounds funny but when I am all alone I get angry .Like I need someone here to be with me and I dont have anyone except my good friend who comes and visits with me twice a week.It use to be like four days now it has come down to only two and I hate it.She use to come and visit with me every Friday from 11:30 till 2 no more because she doesnt have to work on Fridays anymore.We use to watch horror movies which dont bother me and sometimes comedies.Now we do that on a Wed.still the whole ordeal stinks .She wont let me call her on the phone either.
