If it is a nice day like today I go outside ,now this is what happened to me this morning when I woke up I had very bad anxietes,By 10 oclock I had had enough so I went outside It took all but two minutes and I felt so much better.Sometimes if I am depressed to I go outside and I feel better.Funny how the weather can help with anxieties and depression,I know the sun is suppose to help with depression and I know in my case it works.To bad they cannot bottle the weather.Imagine if they could .It would help with our mental illness's

cooler weather works for me and so does rain
however, I have an alergy to stings, so on hot days if I go out, my anxiety about being stung is triggered going out in the evening is nice, when it's not quite dark yet- but the sun's gone in I need to be careful this time of year because of all the bugs |
