Cardiophobia

Idk if there's anyone in the world that has worse cardiophobia than me. I fear death constantly that my heart will stop.

Idk if it's all in my head and my doctor said I'm fine but I want to see a cardiologist.

Does anyone else have this horror? People with heart severe heart conditions aren't even this scared.

I do, and always anxiety related. I find what helps is to completely distract myself, get physically active, go to yoga, read, take a walk, go for a bike ride, it's not something I'm concerned about, I used to end up in the ER to get tests done, but I got tired of hearing "it's just anxiety" so I will run it out of my system, so to speak, and it helps.
