Question Jul 12, 2019 at 08:31 PM

Well i'm not sure if this is a phobia or if my ears are extremely sensitive.
I can't stand loud sudden sounds as they scare me and i start to get really anxious and sweating, i just want the noise to stop. so i have to hold my ears really hard. I start to get anxious if i see a simple baloon in front of me
afraid he might pop.

-thunderstorms
-some dogs bark
-fireworks
-other sudden loud noises

thunderstorms is what i like to not be afraid more, since i can't control the weather, but the other sounds i can avoid situations that involve them
but if i go to a concert or cinema i can handle the loud sound
I find this is really strange, but annoying.
as far as i remember i had this since i was a child, i'm 23 today.
is this a phobia or something wrong with my hearing??
