I just drank a cup of Ihop coffee and my heart feels lile it is racing.

I looked it up and found this article: If Coffee Doesn't Cause Heart Palpitations, Why Does It Feel Like My Heart Will Explode? | HuffPost Life

Anyone else feel this?

I'm primarily a black tea drinker. So I get caffeinated as well. But I've been drinking black tea for years now. So, although I presume it's affecting me, I don't really notice. Besides... it's about the only vice I have. So I'd be loathe to give it up.

It depends with me, sometimes I can drink coffee all day and have no anxiety and sometimes just a cup or two triggers panic attacks. I drink decaf now most of the time to help with my anxiety
