Following my first thread on the forum about being single/virgin at 30, I was wondering if there are friendship and dating sites and forums for people who do not fit into the societal norms or expectations of "normal". As an example, I have ASD, several anxiety problems, OCD and sometimes get depressed. I am also very socially awkward. I attend social gatherings in person, but most people do not like me since I am not "normal" like they are. On the dating front, I have accounts on online dating apps like OKCupid, Cove, Tinder, Bumble, etc. Yet it seems that most women both in person and on those dating apps seem to dislike.

So I wonder if anyone knew any socialising/dating type websites or forums for people who do not fit what general society call "normal". It would help if the sites were geared more towards Europeans, since I intend to move to Europe within the next year or two. Thanks.

I used to be part of one that was run by the charity mind (perhaps you've heard of it), they deal with a lot of mental health stuff.

anyway: the site is called elefriends, and you post your status updates just like you would on facebook (but it isn't connected at all to that site, so please don't worry)

it's nice for a quick update and to connect with others who can help you through replies. I don't really know if it's what you're looking for, but I guess it's a start
