I can’t remember if ssri...
Helped with continuous thoughts being replayed and general consistent worrying. Body aches, stomach aches, always tired
Usually when I have taken them but also some depression going on too.
I just don’t know if feeling relaxed, is worth taking ssri and it’s side effects.
Waiting for it to become effective. And then when you stop taking it.
Last time I stopped taking it because it didn’t seem necessary anymore.
I don’t want to head in to the doctor either.

Have you ever considered beta blockers for when your anxiety is higher than normal rather than ssri's or benzo's?
