Today I am very anxious after hearing about my mom's illness. How do you cope
when a parent is ill?I am in no position to handle her illness since I am struggling with depression and anxiety already. Family members are angry at me for not doing enough by being with her in the hospital .I can barely contain my anxiety.I am feeling so useless and guilty. Does anyone feel really anxious when a close family member is ill? I don't know what to do.

what about being with her in the hospital is so anxiety provoking? I dont think the weight of her medical decisions needs to be on your shoulders but what about bringing her a few things?
