I made an appointment with a therapist because my doctor wanted me to see one. I don't mind it is on a Saturday because there's no traffic in the morning, but it's at 9;00 am. I'm worried because my anxiety has not been good lately, especially in the morning I have this impeding fear that doesn't go away. I'm going to take my medication Fluoxetine & Clonazepam so she could take a look at it. Since I have been having anxiety almost every day, I have lost enjoyment of things because i would think i would have anxiety attack again etc. i'm going to be anxious, How do you usually prepare for it? Should I change it to next week?
