Thank you for what you are doing. Without having workers like you we couldn’t cope with the confinement.
Thanks god, you are all there.

Do clients keep the security distances or do you have to recall them very often?

I’m worried. The situation is stable in time but it means we don’t have very good news either, but on the country there’s a permanent sostenible dropping of bad news. But, at least, Health System is being able to face to the cases of contagions without the stress of the beginning.

Next week, I will be totally alone. My partner returns to work. He will be the week days out in a far city so I will be forced to go out at least three times a day to take my doggies out and I’m freaking out. Also, I’m afraid my low mood and anxiety is gonna increase.

My PT sessions are done online. It's going well. I'm learning new exercises and growing stronger. Being able to do PT from home is a silver lining in all this for me.

You still have your doggies that's better than being completely alone.

Things feel pretty relaxed here. Which is good, of course, but peope aren't being as careful. I also feel less anxious but there's this nagging feeling constantly in the back of my head telling me "don't get careless!"

There's a lot of construction work going on in my street and being in the constant noise all day is really driving me crazy today.

I’m happy for you, Deilla.
Are you recovering from a surgery in your back or `only ’ keeping a pain to the line.
I suffer from the same back part of you and it’s painful.

We have gone from the infection rate doubling every 3-4 days to it doubling every 12 (April 5th-17th), which is definitely better than our health officials had been predicting. I hope that doesn't mean that they will rush to open things up too soon. I think we need to err on the side of caution.

These are good news. I mean, within the tragic of the situation. Lockdown is having effect and this is the only thing that could be made once the pandemic was declared and its spread can’t be stopped. At least, now the spread is slower. Here, too.

Thank you! I'm happy about it. My PT is for back pain associated with weight gain. I hope to strengthen my back and I'm also working on weight loss.

I hope you do well with your back.

I have the same fear. Stores are opening again soon here and exams are apparantly still taking place from next week. Not sure if that's such a great idea.

Constantly hearing about the "1,5 metre society" is making me very sad. It's not that I disagree and think we should just go back to normal, we should definitely be careful. But it makes me sad that this is needed. I can't imagine not going to concerts, staying 1,5 m away from friends and family (it might even be a very long time until I get to see my family at all, because I live in another country). I've been at home by myself for 5 weeks now. Most of the people I keep in touch with live with someone else, I guess they don't know how lonely it gets. I hardly hear from anyone

But these are good news. It means in the country you are living in, all of you get to control the expansion of the virus since soon any store will be able to open, doesn’t it?
I guess you are still very worried for your parents. It seems people there, in your country, aren’t taking very seriously the confinement from the news we receive here.

Break, here, enlarging the confinement until the end of May is being considered. I don’t even want to think about that possibility.

DJ DNice started Club Quarantine on Instagram. I'm tuned in and listening to disco from the 70's. It's like be transported to a time before Coronavirus. A time back in my youth. I'm grateful for all the people that help make this pandemic easier to deal with.

Is it even possible to have this virus under control as long as there's no vaccin?

Wow, I didn't know it was that bad back home that you even hear about it in other countries.

I live in a city with a lot of arrogant, selfish idiots. Even if the country overall is doing better than my home country, people in this city are just as stupid as back home. I hope I can continue working from home for a little longer.

Cool!!! Let’s move our feet in a virtual disco like in the past.

It’s not only different but pretty odd, for example, I was born with a panic for phone calls, video chats, a pics taken so guess everything taking place at once. This mug of yours fat as a moon and all...without knowing what to say, where to look at, huh!

Not the virus under control, the number of infected people who may be assisted in a country Health System. The virus not sure when is gonna be controlled and in which level.

Well, Break, I received footage from your country where people was gathered buying at the markets when here, the government has even advise no more than 1 people together. I mean, isolation. You only can go in street with another person if you or the other person couldn’t do whatever by himself. Obviously, the situation between one country and the other was very different but you never know how things can evolve.

I didn’t know in the city you are in people are so irresponsible. Why could it be, Break? Why do you think?
As an opposite pole, I have to say that my city was taken as an example in this crisis by the BBC. And in a national level, too. The reason, I think it’s because it’s a quite residential city and population is pretty old compared with other sites. It’s my thought.

I think I’ve done pretty good up until now. Today I’m demoralized and down in general over everything going on. I’m concerned with the way things are going and how long this will go on.

Jennifer, excuse because I don’t remember well but you got infected by the virus? In that case, how are you going?
Yes, the situation is gonna last and nothing is gonna be the same until we can count with an available vaccine.

No, I’ve been fortunate enough not to have been infected. I think it will take a vaccine as well for things to straighten out.

I felt the same way but I've kinda gotten used to it pretty quickly. I hated video calls with a passion but with this whole mess I had to do a job interview over Skype, and then the first day at the new conpany all through video call. My trick is to not look at myself on the screen
