I know it’s a hard situation. I’m coping well because I’m not excessive worried since I can be at home and only have to take the doggies out for a while, but I wonder how you are coping.
There have been lots of B$ spread on the social media. I try to only hear about the main news once a day and mainly listen to what experts have to say. I pick up with a grain of salt news from other sources. I’m in Spain so we are again the “PIGS “of the European Union. The “butt of Europe” as I call it. lol! I know we do things our way, a little late but now people is taking it seriously and we are gonna beat this epidemic. Also, experts recommend to follow a routine to be busy and avoid focussing too much on this issue. Your inmune system has to be strong so, please, try to dedicate time to enjoyable activities such as reading a book, playing board games, do some new crafts for home, even listen or watch humor. __________________ Social Anxiety and Depression. The best thing I can do is to stay home,
Once I'm outside, I need to be carful what I touch, don't touch my face, objects...avoid talking face to face with ppl, better to not talk at all! Consider myself deaf and mute! Avoid using public transportation as possible I can, enjoying doing ride using my feet! The conclusion stay focus when I'm out, When I'm home I act like nothing is going on! Only that way I'm going to get rid of a daily stress that absolutely i don't need! |

At home it’s ok. But, remember that this is the first day of a period we don’t know how much it’s gonna take. And I’m worried about people who have to go to work without the right safety conditions.
I guess we can make the most of this and enjoy things we can’t do in the city, such as listening to birds singing as I’m doing just now. All it’s silent. Confortable silence. Only the sing of the birds. __________________ Social Anxiety and Depression. Cluster C traits. Trying to improve my English. My apologies for errors and mistakes in advance. The conclusion is once u are out, avoid anything has to do with the human race! And try to build a strong connection with the nature!
Regarding going to work, if the situation is getting worst! And if the government does nothing towards this relevant point! To the hell with work! My life is precious than being a machine in the society of someone! I'm sure the owners of factories and societies would be enjoying watching the number of their sold products from home drinking ice tea or something! When it is the war time they call for poor ppl to make them fight for them! And once the war is ended they call for rich ones to split the benefits and the fortunes and wealth! So my safety is my highest duty! |

I don’t know how to put a quote. This is for Vanaheimr.
Very well said. Your health is over their greed. But consider the people who are afraid of losing their jobs. Who have babies, lots of kind of expenses. Fear is what move us out. This is the sad thing. __________________ Social Anxiety and Depression. Cluster C traits. Trying to improve my English. My apologies for errors and mistakes in advance. Restrictions good. Virus bad.
Not sure what I'll do tomorrow yet. Maybe I'll e-mail my team lead in the morning to ask if there's any chance at working from home. But I also feel like I'm getting a cold so if that comes through I might just call in sick anyway. I do wish I had a balcony now. If it comes to a point where we all have to stay home, it's going to be tough in my small flat on the 4th floor.... |

In this case, there is no way out from avoiding the war! So we would better get Ready for it and reload as much possible weapons and courage to endure it! Follow the extreme safety measures and rules!

I hate things have to be like that. I do understand but I would like people could be freer than they are.

If ppl want to be free they may take into consideration that nothing is free! There would be a price to pay! The question is: what price are u willing to pay to get your freedom back! |

I don’t think we would have to pay anything when you are raised in a fair society, where you can be confident on your possibilities and you are not under a state of terror we are used to.

No. Social distancing yes and they've basically shut down public life, at least in my city. Too late, by the way. But we're not being told to stay the f home yet.

I’m expecting for us all to get the virus. I’m mostly concerned for my elderly parents not surviving it. The young, strong will be okay, I hope. __________________ "And don't say it hasn't been a little slice of heaven, 'cause it hasn't!" . About Me--T |

Just want to distant myself from others. Live in a small town and drive 11 miles to work in a larger city, so will just work and come home, unless get a bad cold and cough. It’s annoying to be out and about shopping, and not know if someone has it or not. When shopping for dog food, another customer was really coughing in another aisle so hurried and gab a few bags of dog food and rushed out of there.

Staying at home but ****ing anxious and stressed. I'm worried about my parents getting it from me or my siblings. My country's government is useless, greedy and heartless. Their response to the spread of covid-19/coronavirus is weaker than wet toilet paper.

I should be on my way to work in 10 minutes but no. I'm not going. This is really really tough as we're still expected to turn up and I have a very strong fear of negative judgement and obviously I don't want to lose my job.... but it's a long commute, 20 minutes on public transport which is PACKED during rush hour. until there's actual official advice to work from home companies will still expect people to turn up.
I don't get it, all gatherings from with 50 or more people are forbidden. For events with less than 50 people, lists of all those present have to be kept with contact information for everyone. But 50 people in a train carriage, so close they're touching, standing face to face - that's fine?? And then spending 8 hours in open plan offices, with desks right next to each other - no problem??? I feel like 90% of Europe is being told to stay home as much as possible- including not going to work unless absolutely necessary - my country has just shut down all fun but we should risk our lives and those of other people to go to work still? |
