Just yesterday one of my friend told me you're boring me and told me I've muted your messages. I mean that was quite rude of him! He is generally rude and inconsiderate towards people. But obviously it doesn't justify and I felt hurt. Because now I feel that I'm annoying him, he doesn't want to talk to me and I shouldn't message him I'm just forcing myself on him. .. like all these feelings from one comment. I mean if I say someone they're boring I don't think they would be hurt or so bothered about it right. But already I'm struggling with my mental health recently, so that is overflow of emotions. But I'm trying to take it a little lightly. If I cannot after a few days I'll tell.him clearly what I feel maybe. . .. idk. What should I do? Should I tell him clearly or should I take it lightly and behave normally? Should I just stop messaging? My anxiety has become bad since that comment. Is it that rude comment as much as I'm feeling?

If he’s not willing to listen to you (unless a given reason), then don’t see him being a friend. A true friend will listen to you. I suggest ditching this so called “friend”. Trust me it happened to me I thought I had a “best friend” and every time he would let me down. I’m better off without one.

That isn't a true friend. That is an aquaintance that speaks their mind, regardless of how a person might feel about it. Remember, only have people in your life that will treat you as well as you treat them.
I am anxious because of other peoples negative (or if I think it's negative whether it is or not), comments or thoughts toward me. Yesterday someone told me I am over friendly and it comes across as insincere. |
