To give context: I have summer online classes for college and my computer broke right before finals week, they’re a few days overdue now but my computer isn’t fixed yet and the professors isn’t responding to my questions. This has caused SO much stress.

For the first time before my anxiety is causing me to go days without eating. I’m not even hungry and all I can think about is what’s causing my anxiety. My stomach is in knots so thinking about eating isn’t even on the table. This has been going on for weeks though anytime something stressful happens and can’t be fixed because of the current state of things, I just go so long without eating.
And this is coming from someone who usually can’t wait to eat so I’m a bit concerned.

Create an eating schedule. Make nutritional smoothies if you have to. Eat SOMETHING (healthy protein and fat). Nibble on readily available foods (hard boiled eggs, carrot sticks, fruit, etc). I know this is common sense but when you're in this mode, it's important to push through it. The easiest way to do that is to have meals ready.

I've lost weight since covid19 (due to other issues). We have homemade chili, quinoa, and hard boiled eggs .. ready to go. I eat a hearty breakfast but it's the remainder of the day that I struggle with.. so that chili helps.

Unfortunately, this is just how you cope during stress. Some people over eat. It's good you're aware of it.

Hope this helps.

If I were you, I'd contact your college academic dean's office and explain the situation to them. Tell them, that you want to file for Incompletes for your summer online courses due to your computer problems. Since libraries are closed, your only other option is to buy a new or used laptop. But in the meantime, you can tell the academic dean's office your situation and ask them for help so that you don't fail out of school. You have a legitimate reason for being late with assignments and colleges are very reasonable about these situations.
