I haven’t taken my Wellbutrin since Thursday. I’ve noticed a difference in how I’ve felt. I know it causes increased anxiety for a lot of people. I haven’t fretted over the news like I have been doing. I haven’t even seen much news today. Or gone looking for any either.

I have a little anxiety. I'm trying to solve a problem on one of my projects, but the answer hasn't come yet. I feel overwhelmed.

I didn’t have too much anxiety today. Most of my anxiety just came from therapy sessions and the anticipation of getting back to in person. But I haven’t looked at the news in a few days and my overall anxiety is still very low.

I have sort of been impatient today trying to find something to focus on. I went to walk a bit earlier and it helped somewhat. I just want to have no thoughts.

I'm feeling overwhelmed. I have a lot of housework to do. I'm trying to see where I can get by. So mainly I feel stressed.

Today there are moments when I don't feel any anxiety at all. Its mostly when I am talking with someone. There are times when I can't reach out to anyone because they are not available. I am taking a half pill for it but I may need to go up to a whole pill.

Still no massive anxiety. I had a big coffee and a Coke too. Guess it could have all been medication related. I don’t know but seems like it was.

The bills are coming and I am trying to get funds from here and there to pay and I don’t think I can make due I feel very scared hands trembling and my head is foggy difficult to breath

apart from the fact I still havon't found my library book, I have been seriously wondering if I am eating enough and if I'm full up.

I don't know why, exactly, but something seems off

Can't sleep, panic attacks keep hitting me, 3 hrs til alarm... Then have to fight agoraphobia... FML.
