I am feeling a little anxious today. I have some difficult chores I have to deal with. I'm trying to relax at the moment and get rid of a headache. I've been going through my morning routine. I wish I could take this day off.

The only anxiety I had today was about using the bathroom. No idea why. I haven’t had that fear in awhile plus why would I be anxious at my sisters. But anyways it was about 10 hours that I didn’t go and now my lower stomach feels crampy.

I took 1.5 milligrams of Xanax today but I didn’t feel necessarily anxious. I was more bored maybe so my thoughts started to wander. The .5 I took tonight to help with my physical symptoms and it didn’t do anything for them.
