I do feel anxious, but I fulfilled an important goal today in spite of my anxiety. It was so hard, but I did it.

My anxiety is very low at the moment, which I'm thankful of. I know I suffer with PTSD also, and it helps anytime I am listening to meditation at some point during the day. Sometimes however I will have anxiety out of nowhere and I think I am handling it a little bit better than I used to be able to. So that's a plus.

Yesterday was rough and I had something of an anxiety attack which I calmed with DBT. This morning I feel better, only a little anxiety and no depression. I

I was able to sleep for a while & that helped. I'm doing ok at the moment.
