I haven’t taken a Xanax yet and my hands are starting to sweat and my face feels hot. I’m actually not very nervous about my 2 appointments in a bit. I basically just want a Xanax right now because of my physical side effects from not having one since last night.

I just took a Xanax and now my anxiety is instantly worse. But I can’t deal without it. Man I hope my Pdoc can help me out today.

I can’t tell the difference between anxiety and hunger. So I’m losing weight because I think I’m just anxious all the time when I really may just need to eat.

I feel like I’m going to lose control because of my anxiety. I hope my Ativan gets filled soon. A zofran might help me too.

I’m getting kind of frustrated with the pharmacy because my doctor called it in right away. Then my mom called at 5:30 and they said it would be ready in 90 minutes. They never called. Then she called about 2 hours ago and they said it would be ready in an hour. They still haven’t called.

I am seriously starting to lose my mind from my anxiety.

My mom is just going to go over to the pharmacy and see what’s up. I told her to be loud if she has to. I took a zofran because I feel sick to my stomach. Not sure why. But zofran helps with nausea and nausea related anxiety. So hopefully that gives me some relief until I get the meds.

I've had a stressful morning. I had an appointment for my cat, my AC went out and a wheel came off my walker. I'm starting to relax now though it's pretty hot. The AC people are at work. So that is good.

Well my doctor prescribed Valium instead of Ativan. I took one 45 minutes ago and I have to admit this is the lowest my anxiety has been in a number of days. It says online that it works quickly and lasts a long time. I’m not too tired.

My anxiety has been bad all day. It’s calmed down a lot though. But my stomach still feels funny and I’m not hungry despite taking all my night meds early. I think I’m just eating the right foods so that’s why I haven’t been eating much.

Hi all I suffer from GAD and Panic disorder as well as schizoaffective. I find my GAD is a big part of how the sza go. The more anxious the more my frequent and sever my sza symptoms are . Today I had such a bad panic attack. I kept scratching my ear and eyebrow and it is like I can't stop and it gave me the willies I just kept getting the urge to scratch and unable to stop. A friend online talked through it with me and finally convinced me to take an ativan thankfully about 30 min later it helped and kickedin.

I’m so up and down with my anxiety lately. Saturday it was unbearable. Yesterday it was fine. Today it’s been off and on. Early this morning until 11 it was ok. 11 until an hour ago was really bad. Right now I’m feeling sort of better but I took half my night meds pretty early. I think I’m doing ok without the Xanax like the doctors and nurses told me. I’ve taken all 3 Valium today. The first one at 2AM worked good. The second one at 11AM didn’t work. The last one is working decently. I had some nuts and a bag of frozen grapes so that may be why I’m ok now. I barely slept last night which may also be one of my issues today.

But it’s been a roller coaster since Wednesday afternoon.
