I feel a little anxious. I have energy and motivation to do chores, but I fear the pain that will come from doing them. Just cleaning out and refilling the cats' water bowls made my back hurt.

So far today I am feeling a mixture of anxiety, sadness, & something that says the light at the end of the tunnel is getting bigger/closer.

I had some anticipatory anxiety this morning. I watched my favorite TV show for a couple hours. It helped. The rest of the day has been fine. I think my therapist hates me though.

Anxiety creeping in while I’m in public. I feel like my thoughts are on loud speaker and I can’t keep myself from catastrophic logic. My bad attitude is contagious.

I feel this way too. When I lay down my back is achy and I can’t get comfortable. Mild exercise and stretching has helped me with this, but I probably should see an occupational or physical therapist to help me continue - so I don’t make it worse.

I took 3 milligrams of Xanax in about 15 minutes. Now I feel like I need to go lie down for awhile. I don’t feel like I’ve taken a dangerous amount. I just feel exhausted from them.

4 hours later I’m a bit woozy from all the Xanax. But I don’t think it’s an emergency.

I am feeling, experiencing, quite a bit of anxiety. I'm ok much of the time because of therapy & edu. My main problem seems to be with things I can't deal with & I kind of disappear, apparently.

My panic attacks are gone forever maybe because I've decided that reality is an illusion. It took 30 or so massive panic attacks last summer to come to adopt this philosophy..

I'm a little stressed out this morning, but not too bad. I'm listening to birdsong and it is relaxing me. I'm sure if I got more sleep, I would feel completely calm.

I am feeling a lot of stress & anxiety right now because the voices are using electricity & pain signals continuously & they claim it doesn't really bother me. I think they produce dopamine for themselves by sending pain signals to certain receptors.

I'm very anxious right now, to be honest and I have no idea why. I think it's because I quit smoking, but I'm not sure if this gives you anxiety or not, so I'm doing lots of breathing exercises.
