I've managed to address most of the things (I have control of) that have been worrying me this week, but I still feel anxious. I wonder if it is very difficult for some of us to feel no anxiety.

Anxiety was mild for me today.

Yzen, I think that indeed it may be hard for some of us not to feel anxiety.

I had some covid related anxiety. But it wasnít too bad overall. I took 2 baths today which were medically necessary but they also helped my anxiety a lot.

I had a little anxiety earlier this morning. But now I am feeling fine. I excited cause I ordered from Dunkin Donuts this morning. So I'm in a good mood. I plan to meditate later today. It helps keep my anxiety down.
