I have been stressed about going out due to my anxiety and I’m now on Zoloft for four weeks and it was increased 5 days ago to 75mg from 50mg. I’m scared because I have noticed since yesterday when I went to walk around my block since I’m not going out much lately. My legs gets tensed or weak and I get anxious about walking outside, I remember I have gotten it a few years ago because of my anxiety. My body has been feeling tensed.

We have anxiety about leaving our house too. It's slowly getting worse for us, at the moment. For us it's about safety. Do you know why you are anxious?

It’s not about the pandemic. It’s because on the first few days that I was on Zoloft I have gotten a panic attack going out of the store and being away from home and stuck on the car.

So it's more being stuck out? And you panic? We understand that completely.
