wednesday- I had one
thursday- I had one and today I had 2. one in the morning, one in the afternoon. ugg it really sucks so many in 3 days |

Dear raging vortex,
It has been a long time since I had something like that happen to me. Panic attacks are awful. Just brutal. People who've never suffered them have no idea. Wish I knew what to say that would help. Sincerely yours, Yao Wen |
