My anxiety lessens when I am distracted busy at work. Don't know why. Don't care why. Also aloneness. Fro example, I just moved into a new place and I have vacation from work so I have become much more isolated. Bring on the anxiety. Anxiety is an enemy. It seems to have powers to make me miserable. Even though I know that is not true. My anxiety also has a paranoia component. Like something really bad is going to happen and I can fix it and I won't know when it's coming. It's amazing how strongly anxiety moves in when I give it an opening....

Dear lark26,

I am so sorry that happens to you. Anxiety has been unbearable for me sometimes when I am isolated. Wish I knew what to say that would help.

Sincerely yours, Yao Wen
