With anxiety and depression I have been scared most of the time. But now I'm feeling scared all the time. That feeling is hurting me physically too. A nervous feeling telling me to end everything. I don't know what to do. All I want is to live alone away from people. Please help.

Hi Kriss, it's good that you are reaching out and asking for help, even though that is a really scary thing to do. That's what is going to get you through this. I've seen your post about your brother, and I don't know what else is happening in your life, and in your mind and your body to make you feel the way you are feeling, but I promise you (I have experience of this) it can get better, and as long as you keep on reaching out, it will get better.
It's good that you have role models like Keanu!

I am sorry you are suffering with this. I have had times like this in my life. Do you see a therapist? Anyone in your life who helps you to feel safe?
Keep reaching out.

Yeah I'm seeing a therapist but the thing is I feel really insecure in my home. I don't have anywhere else to go

So sorry that you are going through this. Are you honest with your therapist about what is happening in your home?
