Anyone else here suffering from autophobia?

I'd love to connect with others and hear your story, if you don't mind sharing.

As we all know, having a phobia of being alone makes it very important to connect!

Talk therapy doesn't work on this type of phobia sadly, so I'm really at a loss for how to cope.
