Anyone else here suffering from autophobia?
I'd love to connect with others and hear your story, if you don't mind sharing. As we all know, having a phobia of being alone makes it very important to connect! Talk therapy doesn't work on this type of phobia sadly, so I'm really at a loss for how to cope. |

Dear Autophobia,
I don't know if I officially have autophobia, but I do have a fear of being alone and without a friend to talk to. Autophobia sounds like a distressing and stressful burden and I am sorry it afflicts you. Perhaps those here with autophobia will see your post. Hopefully they will respond to you with their experiences. I wish you only the very best. Sincerely yours, Yao Wen |

I’m a little dependent and tend to be socially isolated but the few moments I noticed my inability to interact and was physically living alone, was very frustrated and painful, so in your case, I can’t even imagine how hard it must be for you to have autophobia.
Hope you can find here people with your own problem. __________________ Social Anxiety and Depression. Cluster C traits. Trying to improve my English. My apologies for errors and mistakes in advance. Mankind is complex: Make deserts blossom and lakes die. ( GIL SCOTT-HERSON) |
