Memorial weekend I had my first campout with my fiancee. And then the anxieyt came, and it flooded my system. He was amazing. He was calm through it, and wanted to help. I felt some pain before and stomach pain plus being out of the state for medical things was not what I wanted. Today, I ask myself if I learned something.... yet I didn't. Ever since then I wanted to get work done but I am still panicy and can't consentrate. There is so much to do and i don't want to get it done.... thus creating anxiety... I am hoping if I get the words out, it will help. We shall see.

It's been a bit. and I found that stress is impacting my heart. Today the doc ordered a heart monitor for 7 days to see when my heart is under stress.

I feel tired (Also took an anxiety med) I took a small nap and have been putting off things I need to do. I need to study for work and for grad school and putting both off. I may piant and take care of me. and maybe listen to some of the videos for work. That would help. But planning a wedding is a lot and I need to find ways to destress. AND fast.

Wow! You have a lot on your plate! Go easier on yourself; otherwise, you not only put your health at risk, but won't fully live life in that you'll be doing stuff for the sake of doing and not be fully present in the moment.

InsightTimer has some good meditations.

Good that you are getting your heart checked out. Take good care of yourself ...
