I know I just went off my Xanax. But I’ve been feeling like this before I went off the Xanax, and I’m getting no relief on 5mil of Valium 3 times a day. But I have this weird pain in my chest, a headache, and a funny feeling in my lungs when I breathe. My blood pressure is normal though. I also have a sore throat. I’ve been fully vaccinated against Covid for a couple weeks.
I don’t know what to do. My mom isn’t validating my feelings and isn’t listening to me. I’m just very worried I’m having something serious happening. What do I do? __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

@Mountaindewed I am sorry you are having chest pain. My first thought is see a doctor. If that is not possible, how about talking to your pharmacist about side effects of going off Xanax.

Call your doctor. Or pharmacist. I really don’t understand why people get prescribed Xanax. It’s extremely addictive and it’s very difficult to get off it. It causes too much suffering and it’s not providing as much benefit

Dewd, google "cold turkey xanax". You dont seem to understand that what you are doing is not safe. I dont know where the misunderstanding is here, why your dr hasnt given you a plan. This is very serious.

I went to the ER. I didn’t have a blood clot or a heart attack. I do have some muscle pain along with some fluid build up from the surgery. So he wants me to get it checked out by my surgeon. I asked a few people, nurses and doctors about the Xanax. And they all said that I shouldn’t be having withdrawals because both Xanax and Valium are in the same group. I’ve been told this now by 4 health professionals.
But I got some pain meds both in pill form and through an IV and he gave me a prescription for a muscle relaxer and told me to take it easy, get rest, and drink water. I wonder if using my weighted blankets was a bad idea. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |
