Anxiety is about non existent at the moment. But I am dealing with exhaustion, sadness and anger. I've not been sleeping well the last 10 days or so, because of things going on in my life. That's also causing a lot of sadness, and then this morning it's also causing anger. My body is tired and in pain, from the constant walking of my dogs and lack of sleep. I don't want to be angry at my dogs, but because of the tiredness and pain, it's hard to be chipper. I am trying not to take it out on my dogs, as they deserve better. But who takes care of me? Who tends to my needs? Me. I'm all I've got.

I'm not anxious about anything but I still have a weird feeling in my chest. I got out in the middle of the day to a crowded store without an issue. So I'm guessing its just some kind of physical issue.

I have a lot of anxiety today but I'm also not feeling good too. So its kind of confusing to tell whats what. My psych meds don't seem to be working very well. I have a sore throat but I think it may just be heartburn. I have 9 at home covid tests I don't know if its worth possibly wasting one by checking to see if its covid. I know I traveled these last couple days and wasn't wearing my mask anywhere. I could also just need to eat too. So I'll take it one step at a time the covid test being the last step

The anxiety is down, I think because I feel tired.

I have a little anxiety today about my dog. I'm trying to hold it together and make the decision.

My anxiety is worse then usual today. About to leave the house for a bit and to me, that's really scary. Leaving or even the idea of leaving is more then enough to turn me into an anxious mess.

I don't actually feel very much anxiety today, but I also don't want to go out there, like go to the store, & I probably won't go.

I had a lot of anxiety during the morning. Then I took a 3 hour nap. This morning I was cleaning out and organizing my top dresser drawer I use as a junk drawer and I found a valium. Which would have helped a whole lot during the valium fiasco a couple months ago. But since I had an extra one I'm feeling better right now.

I haven't been feeling much anxiety, but a bit tired from my online class. I think it has added stress.

My anxiety was pretty good when I woke up. I slept pretty decently. Then I found out my sister also needs a biopsy but on her stomach which is scary because she is pregnant. Then the hospital called to register me so that got my anxiety about Friday going again. The day started off ok though.

I have understandable anxiety along with pain. The pain seems to be ok at the moment. My sister does needs a biopsy like mine on her stomach. She didn't sound all that concerned though so hopefully the doctor reassured her the baby would be fine. I have my one week post phelbotomy blood test tommorow morning and I think it will be ok. I havent been feeling lightheaded or short of breath or headachy the way I do when the level is high. At this moment I actually feel pretty ok.

I had anxiety about getting my blood drawn this morning. I was going to go around 9. I ended up putting it off and going at 11. Everything was really easy this time though unlike last time. I haven't gotten the results yet so I'm hoping that means they are ok.

No anxiety, just an overwhelming amount of sadness. He's gone. I don't know how I go on without him. My life was terrible to begin with but this might just be the last straw. I really don't see why I should even continue with my life.

Thanks @Breaking Dawn. My other dog doesn't seem to register yet that he's gone. She sleeps in the bedroom most of the time, so that's where she is. After the vet took him away, I took her for a walk and she was very skittish about my putting her leash on. Maybe she does need comforted. She's not comforting me and I expected that. She'll understand eventually what's happened. She's a great dog and everyone we meet loves her instantly, but she is very aloof.

No worries about the boy/girl thing. She always enjoys our walks. This afternoon was plenty hot and it's not even hot, hot yet. She got to meet new people on the walk and she loves the love she gets. She's come out of the bedroom a couple of times and looked at the dog bed my boy would usually sleep on. Probably starting to dawn on her. We haven't been able to take long walks for quite a while so that's probably our plan for tomorrow morning (while it's cool).

I have anticipatory anxiety I guess about tommorow. From what I read they are sending me to the ultrasound section of the hospital. I was concerned since I was going to a hospital that I'd be in the day surgery section. And I only have to get there half an hour before the biopsy. So I'm hoping that means they won't have to do too much fussing around getting me ready. I just hope I dont get tramatized with this like I've gotten with other similar stuff. Honestly I am pretty scared.
