Today I was anxious and not feeling good. I needed to get to the grocery store but I saw on google the store was pretty busy. I had some vegetables already so I steamed them so I could kind of justify not needing to go to the store because I had stuff already. Not sure thats totally 100% healthy thinking because it was basically just giving into my anxiety. But whatever. I'm wondering if I can get into a mentoring program of some sorts. Someone who can help me get comfortable being out in public and doing everyday tasks. My goal is to end up going back to work one of these days.

Today was generally OK. Mental and physical pain both behaved themselves. Weather was a little cooler, so walks were pleasant. Had a snuggle/nap (snup or naggle?) with my dog. Going to watch a movie (Licorice Pizza) right now. Can't complain.

I've been having anxiety & panic episodes, & pain. I tried to eat better today. Maybe that will help a little bit. Sometimes I cry.

I didn't have much anxiety until now. I just now legit ate but eating doesn't cause anxiety like this. Unless plant nuggets have something in them that don't go well with meds or something. Which I doubt. I think as a therapist told me one time "sometimes we're anxious for no reason"

I've been reading a little on health anxiety and came across something that said when you focus on bodily sensations they become stronger and last longer. That lines up with what I experience, in that if I keep my mind actively engaged I don't feel any pains, but if I can't I get into a death spiral. And then just as soon as my dog needs to walk or I have something to do, it gets better. It was suggested that to practice putting your attention on mundane things. Which I guess rolls in mindfulness with just staying busy. Right now because of the death of my dog and the last year freaking out about being the same age as my dad when he died, I have illness, death and dying on my mind and I just struggle to engage myself in other things long enough to have full days or even (please, please, please) weeks where things are good. An hour at a time is about all I get. This hour I'm OK. I hope it holds out until bedtime.

Thank you! I still struggle going to places since I don't do a lot of exposures. I need to talk to my therapist because it has been a month.

I kinda messed up in therapy. At least in my opinon. I'm not sure how she feels. But I at least wasn't happy with how it went. I took all my meds early and I took my new stomach one. So far I still feel full even though I didn't eat much today, but I'm not in very much pain. But I think I'm starting to calm down a bit.

I have the same anxiety that a lot of people have. Also these side effects from this new med are really kicking me in the ***. I couldn't catch a break at all from my anxiety. I even had a panic attack today which I never get. This is like wellbutrin type anxiety. I hope I get used to it.

I've had severe anxiety since very early this morning. It's been wearing me out emotionally. I'm trying everything that I can think of.

I'm not too far off the deep end today. Either I'm doing ok or I'm just totally numb and checked out.

I'm not too anxious at this moment. My mom was apparently very worried about the valium situation and getting it refilled but she didn't tell me that so I didn't freak out about it. But now I'm wondering if theres other stuff she isn't telling me because she doesn't want me to worry.

I woke up today with a lot of anxiety, I have no idea why either. I didn't have any nightmares or anything like that but I had lots of anxiety in my body. So I'm going to take it easy today.. I think.

I've just been up too long and I havent eaten enough quality wise today. But I wasn't too anxious. At least not constantly like I was early last week.
