I have a bad habit of buying too much food at once. So then it can get kinda overwhelming. I can't eat nuts anymore so I cleared up some decent space from giving away those. But I'm trying to eat some fruit and vegetables before they go bad and I'm not really hungry. I think I'm just making things a bigger deal then they are. I doubt what I consider a mess other people would. Everything is well organized and neat. My brother in law actually said he was fascinated by my soda collection.

I started back listening to a variety of podcasts last year.

Certain podcasts I binge listen Anxiety Daily Check-In point #8 to a take breaks because the topics are heavy, triggering, emotional and a reminder of global chaos.

Most podcasts conduct interviews. I follow several individuals, BIPOC businesses, add movies/series to my watch list, and add books on my wishlist etc all featured in podcast interviews…

46 days into my vegetarian journey. My autoimmune illnessES have been very well behaved!!!

In hindsight, I wish I knew about certain things 20 years ago..

•Functional medicine vs Conventional.

•The importance of gut health.

•Parasitic cleanse.

•Ayurveda approach vs Conventional One-Size-Fits-All approach.

•Hydrotherapist- a massage therapist that specializes in lymphatic drainage, to gain more insight.

what nutrigenomics is, and how lifestyle factors affect genetic expression.

My anxiety is at a manageable level right now. I've been doing the good self talk, & I've been increasing antioxidants in my meals. I watch kids' programs on PBS tv. I'm trying to stop clenching my teeth. I periodically clench my teeth without realizing I'm doing it. My jaw is sore on one side at the moment. I'm taking Tylenol & aspirin.

I'm at the point with my anxiety where I have to be careful with drinking juice and gatorade now since the sugar can increase my anxiety. Before I only had to worry about caffeine. But as usual I've had crappy anxiety all day. I got my haircut and it wasn't a big deal overall but of course I was panicking internally the whole time and I probably came off as rude. I don't know. I thanked her at least. I can't tell if my pdoc could help me out or if he would just make things worse.

I've had a lot of anxiety today with depression. I had to deal with a romance scammer. She asked for money yesterday and I told her today I no longer trusted her. We said goodbye.

My anxiety has been better and theres a few things that have happened like getting a new therapist, starting a new med, getting on a sleep and med schedule, and I cut back majorly on caffeine. I am mostly down to just one soda a day. I did have an iced tea today though. I'm not sure whats up with the cutting back on soda. I had been inhaling tons of it now I drink one 12oz can or one 20oz bottle when I wake up and I'm good. I go through phases with foods but I've always been a big soda drinker my whole life. I remember my dad putting coca cola in my baby bottle. Gotta love the 90's

Things are still going good with the anxiety. The side effects with the prestiq can be rough at times but its just been physical ones.

My anxiety was a bit rough while I was out but I still pushed myself and made my stops. I feel better after eating.

I have an oxygen thing in my nose for an at home sleep study and I'm trying not to panic. I hate having things like that in me.
