I just had some anxiety while trying to figure out what to wear. It was just dumb anxiety though. There wasn't any need to get worked up over what to wear to while running to Target. Overall my anxiety was low today and my agoraphobia is still fine. I went to 2 stores without an issue and I didn't go out to eat because of the weather and I was tired and I needed my stomach med.

I didn't have much anxiety if any today. I haven't been watching the news in over a week and I just spent the day reading. I didn't have any appointments this week so it made things easier.

My anxiety is high today. I’ve tried my bag of tools and medication but it hasn’t worked so far. I’m going to tap on it and try to be more calm.

Feeling a lot less anxious this week. I find when I used my skills and don't neglect doing routine things helps sometimes.

I need to go back to work. And I'm ok with it. I just haven't had a normal conversation since June 2020. I've talked with doctors and therapists and my mom mainly in 2 years. I'm hoping I can get back into the swing of it easily. Or fairly easily.
