I have some anticipatory anxiety but I'm also excited. But I'm just in general anxious right now.

I was at the courthouse today with my lawyer and my mom. The judge called me up and my mind just went blank with anxiety and I was like a deer in headlights. I remember answering her questions and I was halfway looking at her and halfway looking at my lawyer. I wasn't sure who to look at. She luckily didn't care and it was all over in less then 5 minutes. I was just a stumbling mess but no one gave me a hard time. There was one other guy in there. Another trans man I assume, about my age, but he didn't have a lawyer so I got called up first and then we hurried out and I had quite a bit of sensory overload afterwards so I took my meds when I got home and I feel much better now.

My anxiety went up today after doing some cleaning. I had used lysol disinfect wipes on the vent on the ceiling and then turn around and used the soft scrub bubble with bleach gel after wiping down with water on some paper towels. I told my sister who was upset. I think we will be okay with the window being open and the attic fan on and using the water should have deluded the chemical. I felt like I couldn't trust myself.

This dumb probable nut allergy is really screwing with me right now. Its been several hours since I ate the walnuts and I still am feeling the effects from it. It seems almost dangerous to eat both nuts and eggs now. Before it just seemed like an intolerance. But walnuts are not a safe food even though my at home test says they are.

When do you have to realize that

I cut out coffee so today I can tell its physical. I went out to lunch with my family and had no issue sitting for 2 hours. But man this nausea and stomach pain and headache and the other stuff. Plus I'm exhausted. I'm wondering if there was a lot of egg in the dressing in my salad. But now that I've stopped coffee and am back on my normal meds I can tell its not anxiety.

I'm anxious because I'm trying to quit smoking. I started up 10 days ago because of stress and now it's difficult to quit.

I have a high anxiety level today. I have some idea as to why but that doesn’t make it any less uncomfortable. I’m too hyper focused on always saying and doing the right things and it ratchets up my anxiety. I’m going to work on that. I’m overthinking things I’m sure.

I had a mini anxiety attack that was probably related to something else. I don't get them for no reason. I feel ok now.
