Interesting what you say about anger and keeping it to yourself. I kind of experienced something similar.

After going through 2 major surgeries and one minor one, this cold, covid, flu thing is not making me anxious even with the temp which I haven't gotten since I was a teenager. Before my anxiety would be through the roof. I'm taking care of it and thats all I can do.

I had anxiety today. But not as much as I would have if I wasn't vaccinated. I know my family is confused. But getting an answer to things is always helpful. Theres still some uncertainty and worry I have going on though.

I did some work tonight for my client. It was just some research. It had me stressed out. I got very anxious.

Anxiety has been a lot better since I quit caffeine. Now I drink herbal tea instead. I also facilitated a NAMI group tonight which helped get me out of my own head.

I too felt like I wasn't doing enough exercise. I re-introduced jumping jacks into my routine bc of the impact it provides, like jogging

Feeling tense, but trying to nurture feeling of hope, regarding some important goals I want to accomplish today.

Yes, it keeps you focused. Always, you can enjoy enough time to do this stuff. Like a good perfectionist, when I’m in a hurry it stressed me up so much that I don’t even know where to start with.

You rock girl, going on this way 😀

It’s only a matter of days. I can’t remember but wasn’t it next Wed when she will receive vet’s care? Any possibility for the professional to check her up before?

You mean, she can’t poop because of her meds
or that the meds are not working?

The appointment is late though. My doggy Miky is not getting better with his meds and today we made an appointment for next Monday.

I understand that you are worried.

Aw! Is that vet the only available? Maybe you live in a small town and it’s the only one.
I’m sorry a lot that you and your kitty are going through this.
Hope little Willow recovers as fast as possible.
Cuddle her for me. 💖

I almost had a panic attack today. I woke up covered in sweat, likely a covid reaction. I'm still a bit shaky now.
