Last night it felt like I was being smothered. None of my relaxation techniques worked. I finally got out of bed, grabbed my sketch book and started drawing pictures of my anxiety. Doing that helped a lot.

I'm pretty much at baseline anxious all of the time. Today, my level is moderate. I am at work (although from home today), and my job gives me a lot of anxiety. Some parts of the day it's especially bad, and other times it is more mild. I work until 8pm, so long day ahead of me.
