I'm facing having to live life alone again after many, many years. For at least 10 years now I haven't done a single thing on my own. Now, I'm supposed to acquire my own low-income apartment, go shopping and to stores myself, do all the things a regular person is supposed to do on their own. I am scared to death and my general/social anxiety is through the roof. I don't know how to deal. I am absolutely scared to death.

I’m worried that I have another tooth infection because I can’t afford to go to the dentist which is causing me to have tooth pain, ear ache, headache.

My anxiety was fine today. I wore a hoodie with an image of trees and mountains and fog to the doctors. Its not something I would have been comfortable wearing before since it stands out so much. Still no one paid any attention to me and I wasn't paranoid either today.

My anxiety has been sky high due to me cleaning up my bathroom when I mixed Clorox title mildew and mold with soft scrub gel together by accident by grabbing the wrong cleaning chemicals. It took me awhile to calm down today.
