Sleep irregularity is so disruptive because you can't get into a daily routine or plan when you're going to get things done.

Some of my sleep problems may be due to the anemia. I want to get my anemia completely resolved. Then I'll see what sleep problems remain.

At that point I'm going to keep a log of exactly when I sleep and wake up. After I have enough data collected, I'm going to show it to a doctor. It might be more revealing than a one night sleep study.

I just woke up at 4:30 a.m. I have a lot of anxiety. I found some Vistaril that was ordered for me a year ago. I took some, and it did help me fall asleep. I guess it wore off.

I look around and see how much has to be done to get my apartment in order, and I feel just overwhelmed and in despair.
