I have been taking Pristic (Desvenlafaxine) at 50mg for four months and over the last three weeks I feel like my anxiety has been slowly coming back. At the end of July I got a small anxiety attack and a week ago I got a panic attack in the car on the way to the store. I have been dealing with agoraphobia and I still get anticipatory anxiety prior to going to a store and haven’t gone to one in a week but yesterday I went to church.. I see my psychiatrist on Monday and I don’t feel like pristiq does much for panic disorder and I don’t want to increase my dosage. I have taken Prozac for 5 years. Last year I was on Effexor and Zoloft but it did not work. My psychiatrist told me if Pristiq does not work I would go back to Prozac.

How is your anxiety? Did your doctor find something that works better?
