Hello and welcome to the Forums. It is very nice to meet you.

Anxiety is so brutal and cruel. I suffer from it and panic attacks. People not burdened with these will never understand what heavy burdens they are. They are crushingly heavy burdens.

I was helped a lot by medication for anxiety and panic disorder and by techniques offered by cognitive behavior therapists. I imagine that some of these techniques are available on the Internet but am not sure. Perhaps you could do a search of "anxiety" and "cognitive behavior therapy." I am not a therapist myself and so cannot offer advice.

I do hope you find something that helps you and gives you some relief from your distress. It is just awful that you are suffering so! Hopefully others here will see your post and have better ideas than my poor ideas. My heart goes out to you!

So sorry that you are struggling. I suffer from severe anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. I went many, many years fighting it until a few years back when I lost my job and started having suicidal thoughts. My husband got me into a psychiatrist and it was the best decision I ever made. I started taking a medication that really helped get me out of my funk. My psychiatrist is amazing and she truly cares. It is important to have doctors and people around you that you trust and feel loved by. Please seek help from a therapist or psychiatrist! It really does help. Anxiety can be debilitating, I struggle still everyday, but a lot of things can help - mindfullness, meditation, food, taking vitamins, therapy, or taking meds from doctor ( I took lexapro and kolonopin).

The negative thoughts and feelings will pass.......always remember that.
