I suffer from non functional severe debilitating relentless obsessive fear of aging illness dying.

NOTHING HELPS OR WORKS. TRIED EVERY THERAPY, MEDICATION, AND TREATMENT BUT NOTHING MAKES THIS CONSTANT HORRIFIC IMPENDING DOOM BUDGE.

I live in sheer terror every second of imminent death. Dread the future.

I mean if no one helps and nothing at all works even a little, what damn option do I have at all???

I am 48. Just cannot stop being terrified of aging illness dying and everything. Going insane.

I used to have a debilitating fear of death. It dissipated after I began to learn astrology. I saw that there is an incredible and beautiful music of life. Now though, I'm hoping there's nothing after life so I won't keep suffering all the mistakes I made in life.

I hope you'll find some relief somehow. What would you do?
