For hours now I have been horribly restless, going from room to room. I believe this is anxiety. I can't settle down anywhere. I'm up and down, up and down.

Mostly my issue is depression. I don't get anxiety very often. I hate feeling like this. Tomorrow I'll call my provider, a P.A.

I don't know how people cope with chronic anxiety.

I've been dry heaving over a basin for an hour. Has anyone heard of anxiety leading to severe nausea.

I wish I had suggestions for you. I struggle with anxiety a lot and while certain things help a bit, I haven’t found a real solution. I would not be surprised if your nausea was caused by anxiety. Our minds and bodies are so closely connected. In fact, I found an article about it:

Anxiety and nausea: What is the link?

Hugs! I hope your anxiety improves soon.

I got a voicemail at 11 am today that a) woke me up and 2. was intensely anxiety-provoking. I was not happy with this situation. I also have a dr appt on monday, so i already have enough on my plate.

I really resented the voicemail. It was from a woman who has EVERYTHING. Making demands on me, but acting like she is doing it FOR me.

Its not for me. There is no reason i need to accept this person coming into my life at this particular point in time. I have stuff to do and must not be deterred from my path. How many times have i given up my power for no good reason except, "they asked." I am indeed pitiful.

I hope your day gets better.

Thank you. I don't often get nauseated from anxiety, but last night I had both. It was miserable.

I'm back to normal now. Soon as I got back on my hydrocodone, all that misery stopped.

What you've described sounds like anxiety and agitation. Could it be med related?

I believe I was in withdrawal because I had used up my pain pills faster than usual and had a few days to go before I could get more. Yes, it was definitely a very agitated state to be in, along with the anxiety.

I'm finding out that being habituated to even a modest amount of opioid can result in withdrawal when the supply runs out. Granted it's a mini version of withdrawal and not the extreme distress of someone with a much larger habit. But it was quite unpleasant.

Soon as I got my refill I took a pill. An hour later I felt way better.

I only stopped taking it because I ran out and I can only get more every 30 days. I have to ration it, so I don't run out too soon.
