I am new to this forum. I'd like to know if anyone has suffered from the same issues I'm going through. I have anxiety every day. Going to the store, taking a shower, being by myself for even a short amount of time. Has anyone else gone through this? Does anyone have any advice on how to cope? I've taken Clonazepam 10-plus years, but my anxiety is the worst its ever been.

Hi @NeverSunny - welcome to MSF My Support Forums. I am sorry you are feeling anxious about many things. It is good you are faithful taking a med. What comes to mind for me, would be to reach out to the prescriber and tell them what you are experiencing and how it has changed recently from how it was before.

I do exercises and yoga, eat a low carb high protein diet and practice mindulness. Even though those help me, they are not a substitute for medicines.

Hope you get the support you are looking for.

Hi, Yes. I am anxious every day, all day. I take my meds as prescribed and I practice the things I learn in therapy (breathing exercises, for example). I just started taking Zoloft. I hope it helps me not to be so anxious. btw, we are not alone. Sadly, many people have the same experience.

How long has it been going on? I just got through a spell of this on a daily basis from mid-September to early November. It's pure hell.
