So, after seeing a Psychiatrist, he told me to find some relaxation technique that works for me. He suggested some, but I'm not sure I can do them right now. Breathing exercises is out, because that just makes it harder to breath. Yoga is with people. With meditation, I'd be in my own head too much.
What do you do to relax? (besides taking the obvious bath ) __________________ my life explained in two smileys |
