bedtime makes me anxious- I never sleep, I never rest, I just associate bed with my fibro pain, my insomnia, my depression, it's not a great relationship with my bed at all
what do I do. I actually dread bedtime and it's not healthy |

I take a triple layer type of melatonin that has a stress relief first layer that relaxes me. I also use a weighted blanket and I listen to music on my phone.

Quiet "Relaxing Music" (as they refer to it on YouTube) is helpful to me. (Plus, I take Clonazepam. And that helps too.)

I have a friend who finds it helpful to use lots of different strategically placed pillows and cushions. I like the idea of music too.
Have you tried different routines before bed? A favourite relaxing warm drink, audiobook? |
