willowtigger cant breathe properly tonight
she can do shallow breaths but not deep breaths and the more she tries to get deep breaths the more harder it is for her to get a proper breath she in a panic |

it not a covids i tested negative
a friend calmed me down on a zooms it was a paincic attack or something i still cant type properly, still shaky |

Yes, that sounds right. I have had panic attacks & there is that hard to breathe thing. Gasping for air & you are hyperventilating. I understand what you must have been going through. I've had nightmares of trying to find air in a wall or something. It's usually diagnosed as panic disorder. I've learned how to breathe to calm myself. A therapist can teach you.
