How do you get over rejection because of “bad chemistry”. I felt it went good. What am I missing?
Have any of you tried this? How do you deal? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ |

I don't really understand all the meanings of "bad chemistry" as it applies to relationships I've never used the expression itself during a break up but it has been used towards me. I wish I knew how to be helpful to you bad sadly I am at a loss here. Hopefully others here will prove more helpful to you!

It's tough and I wish I had some good advice for you, but I tend to have complete breakdowns over job rejections as well.
Sounds cliche but it just takes time to get over it. If they said the reason was "bad chemistry", it wasn't the right job for you and you probably wouldn't have been happy there. There'll be something better out there for you. |

I’d like to give you the key. Did you do a psychological test along with the interview?
You have to think if the job you applied for is something you can go ahead with and then, make them know that you are the right person. Don’t talk about your weakness if you are able to overcome them and are able to do whatever to overcome them. They will reject this immediately. They don’t want to take a risk. You are not less than anybody else. Do you know someone who is appropriated for any job? Nope. But, there’s a job there waiting for you. Don’t give it up, please. __________________ Social Anxiety and Depression. Cluster C traits. Trying to improve my English. My apologies for errors and mistakes in advance. Not sure what it is because it sounds very vague.
They could either want someone who is a follower who does everything they are told or a leader who takes control and handles issues easily. Maybe they want someone who are careful about their words, always professional, does what is expected in oppose to a free spirit. Or maybe they wanted someone who could talk a lot. It can be many things. Have you up the company reviews on glass door for reviews by other applicants and workers had to say about the company? Maybe they want a certain kind of personalities. Did you research the company's objective, mission statement and goals? Do you have social media that employers might potentially look at it and disapprove of? Maybe they don't like your tattoos (if you have) but they don't want to say so and appear discriminatory. Or maybe it had nothing to do with you. Most times, it's nothing personal. Watch some videos on job hunting and rejection to keep you motivated.
