Help. I never feel peace. I never feel safe. I am so worried about my health and that I will die soon. I always feel in danger. I feel like my health is gone forever. I feel impending doom. I tried everything and nothing works. What do I do? How do I feel safe and peace?

I wish I could wave a magic wand and take your fear away. I have the same problem...the relentless feeling of impending doom. It's not so much about myself, but about loved ones...which, in a way, is about myself because I will suffer if they die.

I guess this is a symptom of generalized anxiety disorder. I despise it.

I wish this wasn't so, but this is my life also. I am also caught up in constant impending doom and I cannot escape it. I wish I could make it better, but all I can say is Iunderstand <3

Getting into therapy might help.
