Can a brain black hole act like a black hole in space and suck more memories into it?

Well, you'd eventually end up there anyway, & you'd be with her.

What I mean is the black hole in my memory deciding to eat other memories that the black hole hasn't yet had, so far it's just most of the traumas from 2012 that it's ate

If it eats the memories of Ebony cause it decides it's hungry, will that mean Ebony never existed?

I'm terrified I'll forget her

I see. Well, I think "time" has a way of softening our memories so they don't hurt so much. It seems like we eventually reach a place where we feel more ready to bring new experiences into our lives. I don't think you'll ever forget Ebony. But it won't hurt so much remembering her sometime later on.

Dear willowtigger, I know some people (know them very well) who, in spite of their talents & skills, have terrible memories, about some really important things, in my opinion. But the things they don't remember very much existed . I remember those things that they don't remember. Sometimes it saddens me that they don't remember things that are important memories for me. Maybe they have too much else to think about so some of their experiences don't get recorded in their brains very well. You have at least one photo of Ebony that I know of. Probably more? Do you have one framed & sitting where you see it all the time? Do you say her name when you look at it, & say things to her. This will feel important to your brain. Not very likely you would lose a memory your brain knows is so important.
