This morning I woke up with a lot of anxiety and easy feeling. Lot of life problems right now but what else is new.

I have really bad anxiety from this med that I've tried a few times and have also had anxiety all those times. My GI doctor thinks I'm taking it but I can't deal with this level of anxiety.

I'm a bit angry at myself lately. I was taking Buspar 10mg twice at day for a week, but I felt weird. I shouldn't have increased. I went back to 5mg today.

My anxiety calmed down today. I got busy taking care of things that needed my attention, instead of just fretting about stuff that's been neglected.

I didn't take that med. I told my mom and she agreed it was ok not to. I stocked up on foods I can actually eat so my anxiety has been pretty ok today.

I have had anxiety and panic attacks since my teens. Now I'm an adult and haven't had a successful life due to constantly anxiety and panic coming out of the blue. I am medicated and have been helped by numerous doctors and other mental health professionals but it has never gone away.

I had to change shirts because I was wearing a polo shirt and the collar was bugging me. Now a T shirt I've already worn twice this week is doing the same thing. I keep tugging at it because it feels tight and I don't know if its anxiety or related to my gastro and stomach problems.

My mom has a cold so maybe the throat thing yesterday was legit and I'm next. Currently I just have a slight tickle but its not a big deal. I am a bit worried with all the stuff I already have going on. I'm sure I'll be fine if I get whatever she has.

I'm having round-the-clock, smoldering anxiety. It's subdued and at a kind of low level, but it's pervasive. My every thought is tinged with apprehensiveness. I wish I could fall asleep and not wake up.

So, I've been going almost non-stop today since waking. And my knees hurt. I got my stuff done though, so I'm not AS anxious, but H keeps finding things he wants me to do. Like comeon! I need a break! So there's a little lingering anxiety that it's going to be like this all night and also all summer when his family visits. Oh yeah, and the fact that he keeps saying he'll divorce me if i do certain behaviors ever again (like disrespect him). Yeah, that is always looming in the background these past couple of years, honestly, but he acts like nothing is wrong the next day, so i hope and pray it's just him showing how important something is to him. I really wish he wouldn't say that though. Even more, i wish he never thought it even! I think that's always in the back of my mind, but really I'm just at the point today to finish a few things and then go to bed!! At least i can relax while i eat dinner and watch my tv show for an hour. Hopefully i won't be bothered much after that either, cuz yeah, knee pain and we need to wake up early tomorrow.
