That doesn't sound very helpful. There should be a therapist that can do better than that. I had good luck using a meditation app 3x/day, Cutting out all caffeine and writing through panic attacks. Everyone is different though. I hope you find someone who can give you some constructive help. |

Can't get away from anxiety. Increased klonopin and buspar aren't helping much. I'm ready to give up. I'm 59 now and had anxiety since 13.

I'm anxious today because I couldn't take a shower this morning. I was scared. My last shower was difficult. So I missed out on a family gathering today.

Can't calm down. Went to ER Tues., all they did was give me ativan and a lecture. Nurse talked to me for 45 minutes about his antique hunting!

Anxious I might have ruined my car, as I was driving on a flat tire but didn't know it.
The driver next to me at a stoplight was actually nice enough to tell me! It didn't feel any different, like that bouncing up and down one sees in the movies. NOW I'm so anxious and worried I'll have more costly repairs, draining my account almost.   I don't even know how long it's been that way.

I have a doctor’s appointment today over video and I just know she’s going to bug me about my weight (yet again).
