very anxious today

1: I had an unexpected visit that stressed me out

2. I still don't have baby doll (was meant to get her friday), and I don't know where she is!

3. health anxiety (but that one's my fault, reading stuff online again!)

This morning I had a Pepsi mango zero, a cream soda zero Dr. Pepper, and 2 large unsweetened iced teas. When I got home today I had another large iced tea. My anxiety was fine today. I do wonder how much anxiety I have in a day is related to the amount of caffeine I consume in a day. It seems the more I drink the less my anxiety is.

I'm a little anxious because I am so upset about some bad events today. The only thing I can really do is go to bed. I already had my meds for the night. Hopefully, I'll sleep.

Well I’m feeling anxious and I’m not sure if it’s due to life events , Medication or both. I’m feeling super sensitive to smells and sounds , tired .

Lots of uncomfortable anxiety throughout the day, off & on. I hope so much that tomorrow will be better.

My anxiety was really really rough this morning as a result of physical issues and lack of sleep. Now I feel ok and my night meds are actually working this evening. I took the correct dose of Geodon.

My anxiety has been lower this week. I instead feel tired and not motivated to do too much.

yesterday, while I was just sitting here with my thoughts, I felt the overwelming fear that someone was going to

Possible trigger:

come in my room their and then and murder me

I didn't know who, and I didn't know why, and I've not had to deal with these fears before

maybe I'm just.... ****ed up. as always

My anxiety wasn’t bad today. My Valium actually worked. I’ve been without Geodon for about 15 hours so I’m starting to begin to need my 20 mil. I’ll take the 80 later. My surgeon said I don’t have any restrictions anymore so I can start using my weighted blankets again. I got a weighted vest too the other week that I hope will help. But today wasn’t bad.

Anxiety has brought me to tears today. It is so frustrating that I try different things during these episodes of anxiety (although I feel some level of anxiety pretty much all of the time). Waiting for this medication change to work. It might be as much as 2 weeks. Feeling discouraged.

I was very anxious today. I'm only supposed to work 40 hours a week. I'm not salaried. And my client was asking me about progress today and asking me to do things for him. It's Saturday. For crying out loud, I'm supposed to be off.

Most of the time I don't have any big problem with anxiety.

I came to this forum today because, right now, I am very anxious. It started yesterday morning and escalated today. It is horrid. I don't know how you all survive. The main thing I have to manage is depression. As bad as that can be, I find strong anxiety to be twenty times worse.

Though I don't get it often, when I get it, it can be extreme. That's how today is.
